Last Updated: March 2026 — By using ResellNom services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using any ResellNom services, including web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS servers, domain registration, and WHMCS addons, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
ResellNom provides the following services:
To use ResellNom services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We accept payments via Stripe (international cards), bKash, and Nagad. Invoices are due upon receipt. Services may be suspended if payment is not received within the due date.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this agreement or as required by applicable law.
You agree not to use ResellNom services for any of the following:
ResellNom guarantees 99.9% network uptime for shared and reseller hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this calculation. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, customers may be eligible for service credits as defined in our SLA policy.
While ResellNom performs regular backups, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all data hosted on our servers. ResellNom is not liable for data loss under any circumstances. We strongly recommend customers keep independent backups.
ResellNom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, fail to pay invoices, or engage in activities that negatively impact other customers or our infrastructure.
You may cancel your account at any time through the client area. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
ResellNom collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
ResellNom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim.
ResellNom reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
